Onboarding and readiness

Turn an invited profile into a reviewed person record without treating active as fully ready.

The guide completes identity, contact, address, profile photo, DNI, CUIL, and professional-document steps in Guide Mobile. OCR assists entry but does not verify the source. Submission updates the invited profile rather than creating a new identity.

Management reviews role, invitation and onboarding state, contact information, active state, documents, and license indicators before staffing work.

While onboarding is open, the readiness list shows each step the guide still has to complete, such as a missing upload. When every required detail and document is saved but the guide hasn't sent it, the profile shows Awaiting submission: the guide opens Profile → onboarding in the Trailhead app and taps Submit for review. Operations can review it only after that.

Active is not the same as ready

Active means the person can appear in assignment selection. It does not prove every credential, license, gear, or account prerequisite is complete.

Inactive people remain in history but are excluded from new assignment choices. Readiness gaps remain visible even when the person already has an assignment.

Follow the mobile procedure in Complete guide onboarding.

Next: maintain documents and licenses.
