Bill ready in SettleWise
A season agreement has one or two payment dates. Trailhead creates the bill for each date in SettleWise, due on that date, and Finance pays it there.
A payment date of a season agreement is 14 days away or less.
Dates that have already passed are left to Finance.
With one payment date the bill is the whole season amount; with two dates each one is half.
Bills and payouts linked to the agreement count, so the same payment is never billed twice. If nothing is left, no bill is created.
This is the key moment: the bill is ready two weeks ahead, on the landowner access expense account, and linked to its agreement.
An unpaid bill moves to the new due date; a bill that already has a payment stays as it is.
SettleWise sends its usual due-today alert; nobody is notified when the bill is created.
Creates each season bill two weeks ahead for what is still owed.
Keeps the payment dates agreed with the landowner up to date.
Reviews and pays the bill in SettleWise.
Season bills appearing in SettleWise two weeks before each payment date, already linked to their agreement
Why: Pay each landowner on time without typing the bill.
The agreement's payment dates and the access's Payments tab
Why: Keep the dates right so the bills follow them.
Each season payment date produces one bill, two weeks ahead, for what is still owed that season; paying it stays in SettleWise.
