Use a sample guide who has already used a coupon and a short sample Program with GPS tracking.
Before you start
- Participants
- An authorized manager and a sample guide with one used coupon
- Program
- A sample Program the guide can drive with GPS tracking on
Run the scenario
- 1OperationsTrailhead · Settings > Logistics > Fuel
Review the Low fuel warning and the organization fuel benchmark, then save.
Expected evidence
Both values save, and coupons and their usage are unchanged.
- 2GuideTrailhead Mobile · Program
Complete a short Program drive with GPS tracking on.
Expected evidence
The Program appears under Program fuel with its kilometers, rate, and liters.
- 3GuideTrailhead Mobile · Calendar and Fuel coupons
Open Calendar, then Fuel coupons.
Expected evidence
If estimated fuel is below the warning, Calendar shows Running low on fuel, the wallet names the next step, and one push arrived for that Program.
- 4GuideTrailhead Mobile · Profile > Account > Fuel coupons
Use an available coupon, or request one and have Operations issue it.
Expected evidence
Estimated fuel rises above the warning and the banner disappears.
Scenario completed
The guide knows their estimated fuel and the next step, and Operations can review Program fuel.
- Program fuel
- Not recorded→Recorded from GPS kilometers
- Estimated fuel
- Below the warning→Back above it after using a coupon
If it does not match
- A Program without a completed GPS route records no fuel; check that tracking ran for the whole drive.
- Estimated fuel excludes fuel the guide bought personally, so a warning can appear early; the guide can still use or request a coupon.
