Every Program a guide drives with GPS tracking records the fuel it burned. Trailhead estimates the fuel each guide has left (the coupon liters they used minus fuel burned on completed Programs) and warns the guide before they run out, with the next step: use a coupon, request one, or wait for a request already sent.

Guide knows their estimated fuel and next step
A guide completes a Program with GPS tracking. Its kilometers at the guide's vehicle consumption, or at the organization benchmark when the vehicle has none, become that Program's fuel. When that leaves the guide below the organization's low-fuel warning, they get one push and a Running low on fuel banner in Calendar until they use or receive a coupon.
A guide finishes a Program's GPS-tracked drive.
The default is 10 L; 0 turns warnings off. The organization benchmark (L/100 km) applies when a guide's vehicle has no consumption.
When tracking ends, the Program's recorded kilometers at the vehicle's L/100 km become that Program's fuel. A guide and their AUX each get their own.
The estimate starts at the guide's first coupon use and counts only coupon fuel; fuel bought personally is not included.
The banner and the push name the next step: use an available coupon, request a coupon, or wait for an open request. One push is sent for the Program that crosses the warning.
Each row shows the Program date, guide, CIS, kilometers, rate, and estimated liters.
Drives the Program with tracking on and acts on the fuel warning.
Sets the low-fuel warning and reviews Program fuel by guide.
Estimated fuel left and the warning level, a Running low on fuel banner in Calendar while low, and the fuel of each recent Program.
Why: refuel before the next Program
Program fuel by guide and period, and each pending request's estimated fuel.
Why: anticipate fuel needs without treating estimates as proof
Program fuel and estimated fuel left are guidance: they never change coupon records and never create Guide account, payroll, reimbursement, or payout entries.
