Use a Fuel Coupon

Management issues fixed-liter coupons to a guide. The guide records each use once from Trailhead Mobile, and using a coupon always consumes its full liters. Management then compares used liters with recorded Program kilometers without turning the comparison into an accusation or an accounting entry.

Run the scenario

  1. 1OperationsTrailhead · Operations > Fuel coupons

    Issue one 20 L coupon to the sample guide.

    Expected evidence

    The coupon appears as available in the guide's wallet and the guide is notified.

  2. 2GuideTrailhead Mobile · Profile > Account > Fuel coupons

    Choose Record coupon use, then Confirm use.

    Expected evidence

    The coupon moves to Usage history with its full liters and today's date, and it can't be used again.

  3. 3OperationsTrailhead · Fuel coupons > Usage

    Choose This week and find the sample guide.

    Expected evidence

    Used liters appear beside completed-Program kilometers and benchmark liters; the difference is guidance only.

Scenario completed

The coupon is used once and its period comparison remains reviewable.

If it does not match

  • If the confirmation times out, reopen the wallet before trying again; the use may already be recorded.
  • Programs without a completed GPS route add no kilometers; compare over a longer period before drawing conclusions.
