The situation

Any guide on the group sends one request for the whole group, filled in from the guest forms.

What starts it

Open the group's request

How it unfolds

Guide
  1. 1

    Open the group's request

    Guide

Build gear request opens one request for the whole group, already filled in from each guest's form answers. Any guide on the group can send or edit it.

  2. 2

    Settle each guest's sizes

    Guide

Open a guest to see their form answers next to the items. When an answer matches more than one product, pick the right one with one tap (a size Inventory pinned comes already chosen); missing forms do not prevent a request.

  3. 3

    Review every guest’s items

    Guide

Keep every unit attributed to a guest. Check existing active equipment to avoid duplicate requests; returned, damaged, lost or cancelled items can be requested again. Going back preserves the draft quantities.

  4. 4

    Send the group's request

    Guide

Key moment: sending records guest-attributed demand, shows the sender on the CIS and notifies Inventory, without reserving stock or confirming a pickup.

  5. 5

Track, edit or cancel pending demand

    Guide

Any guide on the group can edit or cancel it before approval; another request waits until this one is approved. Shortages leave the request pending. Program creation can proceed.

Why: Guest scope comes from coordinator assignments or the sole eligible guide. Demand reserves no stock and never gates Program creation.
